This is the most personal and exciting project I have made. For my final Master's exam, I was chosen by the Royal Conservatory to perform during Festival Classique, a prestigious music festival in the Hague. The location was the epic Kurhaus at Scheveningen Beach, and I happen to adore the sea and beaches of my city. I contacted moviemaker Linus Kropp, a student of the Royal Academy of the Arts, and together we spent more than a month in his tiny studio creating a wonderful, absurdist, colorful dreamy world. The result is the movie "De Diepe Duik van Laura" .
